All deliveries shall comply
in every respect to the requirements of the FD&C Act as amended and
regulations promulgated thereunder. In addition, the product shall comply with
the following specifications:
General Description: Thyme (Thymus vulgaris,
L.) is brownish-green in color with crescent leaves. Thyme has a fragrant, aromatic odor and a
warm, pungent taste. Color and flavor
will vary with origin. It is
commercially produced in Mediterranean countries.
