All deliveries shall comply

promulgated thereunder. In addition, the product shall comply with
the following specifications:
General Description: Rosemary (Rosmarinus
officianalis, L.) is brownish-green in color,
with an aromatic, tea-like fragrance and a somewhat bitter, slightly camphor
taste.

Moisture 12.0% Maximum
Total Ash 7.0% Maximum
Acid Insoluble Ash 0.5% Maximum
Granulation 0.0% on a USS 20 Mesh
5.0% thru a USS 45 Mesh
Extraneous Material Irreducible Minimum
The physical and chemical
tests shall be performed according to the latest editions of AOAC or ASTA.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry atmosphere to prevent the loss of the volatile
fractions.

Yeast and Mold 400 count/g
Coliforms 100 count /g
E. Coli Negative
in 11 grams
Salmonella Negative
in 25 grams
