Powder
All deliveries shall comply in
every respect to the requirements of the FD&C Act as amended and
regulations promulgated thereunder. In addition, the product shall comply with
the following specifications:
General Description: Curry Powder is uniformly blended and colored
and appears as a semi-homogenous mixture, possessing a fragrant, aroma and a
warm, spicy yet somewhat bitter taste.
It is a blend of the following ingredients: Coriander, Turmeric, Foenugreek,
Cumin, Cinnamon, Ginger and Black Pepper.

The physical and chemical tests shall be performed according

Storage: Store
in a cool, dry atmosphere to prevent the loss of the volatile fractions.
