General Description: Coriander
(Coriandrum sativum. L.)
are globular (1/8” – 3/16”) yellowish-brown seeds. It has a slight, fragrant and pleasant
aromatic odor, with a taste similar to a lemon peel, sage combination. Coriander is produced commercially in

Storage: Store in a cool, dry atmosphere to prevent the loss
