DESCRIPTION & ORIGIN:  Cinnamon is the dried bark of trees, botanical name (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum).  Cinnamon sticks are generally grown in Indonesia.  The bouquet of cinnamon is delightfully exotic, sweet and fragrant and its flavor is sweet and warm.
