All deliveries shall comply in

regulations promulgated thereunder. In addition, the product shall comply with
the following specifications:
General Description: Cardamom
(Elletaria cardamomom,
Maton) has a gray-brown color, a pleasant
aromatic odor and a characteristic warm, slightly pungent, lightly aromatic
taste. Guatemalan cardamom has a green
color.

shall be performed according to the latest editions of AOAC or ASTA.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry
atmosphere to prevent the loss of the volatile fractions.
